Valued Opinions it a great company for online surveys they offer a wide variety of quality surveys with a very diverse range of subjects. Currently I rate valued opinions as the fourth best site available today.
One of the greatest things about Valued Opinions is that they often have offers specifically gender related, this is something that I am yet to see from any other online market research company. This makes doing work with them a lot more targeted and enjoyable.
Over all valued opinions provide a great service which simply rewards you for taking part in online surveys. They pay you cash strait into your nominated bank account for surveys completed I have been with these guys for three years now and I have not got a complaint.
They have quality and trust as the forefront of their business, they are seeking to create a large and effective problem solving think tank that provide useful feedback for the businesses Australia wide.
They have a great new and funky panel, you have a platform to share your opinions on current issues you experience and also with the products you use.
They also have a large commitment to quality and trust.
Valued Opinions is now owned by the parent company Research Now, one of the leading online panel specialist, and a very large partner of the market research sector. They are members of AMSRO (the Australian market and social research organisation) they are also a members of AMSRS which stands for (the Australian market and social research society).

i have been with valued opinions for 2 years and have had many interesting surveys and for gratitude i have recieved some great gift vouchers. thanks
I was registered with valued opinions for two years and over that time I received a lot of surveys and earned lots of rewards, and recommended them to many people. Recently, as I had pending credits for several months and was needing the money I sent a polite but to the point email to them asking if they could please give me my credits, I did not receive a response. After trying to log in and getting an incorrect password message I clicked the forgot log in details link, and was told “this user name was not found in our system”.
It is obvious that I was deleted from there system and I feel hurt and angry that they dealt with this so unprofessionally and I feel I was being reasonable in my request.
My opinion of valued opinions is much, much lower now and I will not be recommending them ever again after this…..
I have been a member of Valued Opinions since May 2006 and also recommended them highly to various members of our family. Had no problems and received many surveys and rewards.

I had exactly the same problem with the Log In and everything!
Then about 30 Seconds of thought & examination later discovered I was trying to log on to the US SITE (valuedopinions.com as opposed to .com.au). I tried the ‘forgot password’ method to receive the same message you did. The American site keeps no record of Australian users.
Valued opinions is easily the worst survey site I have participated in. It is the only site I have used that makes you wait 28 days to receive your rewards. It is also very hard to keep track of what you are entitled to as the rewards don’t always show up in the pending rewards section. They make you complete lots of questions in some surveys before you are screened out with no reward. Most other sites give you at lest 20c if this happens. Recently I got a reward of movie vouchers that only had 3 weeks left to use them. I emailed them about it but they ignored me.
